This video shows how to install the X Package Module on a 2012 Sea Doo GTR 215 jet ski. Sincere apologies in advance for the following flubs: 1) the battery on my Go Pro died 2/3 of the way through, so it’s not a complete video; 2) I show the connector being unplugged twice; and 3) I reference the wrong pin for the power connection at the “BUS bar”, although the correct one is actually used. We decided to post this anyways, as it’s better than nothing! The installation is a bit trickier than you might think, primarily because of the difficulty in accessing the electrical components. The main thing to keep in mind is that the reason for the new wiring is to provide power to one of the pins in the existing connector that will power the Module, and to create a circuit for a new fuse on the boat.
