A cart is a great way to store your jet ski over the winter, and is a must for those who transfer their jet ski from trailer to trailer. After years of use and careful thought, we’ve come up with an optimal design for a jet ski cart that is strong, inexpensive and relatively easy to build.

Materials list:
Frame: 1 pc 8′ 6×6 (or 4×4); 2 pcs 8′ 2×4; 1 pc 8′ 2×10; 4 pcs 3/16″ 9″ to 12″ long straight brackets; 12 pcs 2.5″ long 5/16″ lag screws; 2 pcs 1/4″ 3.5″ long eye hooks; 28 pcs 3.5″ 5/16″ lag bolts; 56 pcs 5/16″ flat washers;
Bunks: 4 Loadrite light duty bunk swivel brackets; 1’x12′ pc. trailer or outdoor carpet; 1/2″ staples; 8 pcs 1.5″ long 1/4″ lag screws; 4 pcs. 1.5″ long 1/2″ bolts; 4 pcs 1/2″ flat washers; 4 pcs 1/2″ lock washers; 4 pcs 1/2″ nuts;
