<p>In this episode George will be installing the jet-pump and the IBR gate assembly on a Sea-Doo RXT 300. In order to complete this procedure you will need a torque wrench in order to fasten bolts and nuts to their respected ft-lb torque requirements.</p>

<p>In this episode George will be re-assembling the jet-pump assembly on a Sea-Doo RXT 300. In order to complete this procedure you will need a pneumatic press to install the wear ring into the jet-pump assembly. </p>
<p>Mechanic Tip 1: Always replace the wear ring and impeller as a set.</p>
<p>Mechanic Tip 2: Use XPS jet pump bearing grease before replacing your grease cone.</p>

<p>Run the engine at idling speed for about 90 seconds watching the engine condition. If the engine stops while flushing, turn the water supply off immediately and repeat the above steps. Warming up the engine will assist the pneumatic vacuum to stiffen the oil out.</p>
